【MarketWatch紐約3月17日訊】Hillenbrand Industries, Inc.(HB)週一宣佈，其董事會批准了此前宣佈的對Batesville Holdings, Inc.的免稅分拆，新股股權登記日為3月24日，分配日為3月31日。

　　分拆完成後，Hillenbrand Industries將更名為Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc.，Batesville Holdings, Inc.則將更名為Hillenbrand, Inc.。

　　新的Hill-Rom Holdings的股票將以“HRC”為交易代碼在紐約證交所上市，新的Hillenbrand股票則將以“HI”為交易代碼在紐約證交所上市。
